Luckily they've removed the dropping of BH commnedations in a number of operations which inherently increases the ability to gear up for new content hard modes which inherently increase the number of times you have to run each hard mode flash point which increases the number of times you have to run each storymode which increases the number of times you have to run each hard mode operation before your ready to run the two new operations. Since there is no incentive for Rakata or better geared characters to run more than 1 flashpoint and no incentive to run storymode operations and no incentive to run early operations you can now expect even longer waits in fleet for even a slim chance to participate. I'm not sure how much more "new content" you could possibly want.
