I am well aware of the double e-mail bug and I am referencing to something separate. I kept tabs on my listings and income, and it was only a select few lost transfers that hit me really hard. They have made it very clear that they are not going to refund me for it since they themselves think that I am just referencing the double e-mail bug as well. I'm letting it go simply because I am sick of arguing that the bug even exists. Others have and will have this happen again just to be met with the same blabber. Hopefully they'll eventually fix it.

Wow 40-50 sales a day. Amazing. 45-70k each? Yeah? Look I already have confirmation from others that have had this issue and I was posting/selling hundreds of listings every day. It's nice that you guys that DON'T have the issue feel the need to express your irrelevant opinions on something that you've never had happen. Because that contributes to the topic. . . Wait. . . It doesn't. . . At all. This thread was never meant to prove anything to you. It's meant to give notice to others who have had or are having this issue. It's nice that you can't seem to grasp that simple concept. I bet your mother loves you soo much. Your irrelevant Histrionic egotistical 'look at me' stance probably helps you get so much attention all over the place. Now go away. -

If you paid any attention to my #'s and screenshots then you can claim any one of two things 1. There's a bug 2. I'm lying If you are unwilling to test it to see if it can be reproduced but you want to call me a liar then that only shows that you are just here to troll. You don't care if there's actually a bug or not. Hell, I doubt that you even use the galactic market. Someone doesn't spend 100k to flip a series of items and then simply not notice when there's a 300k return on it. I even sat and took screen shots as they sold and then as they disappeared. Obviously I was paying attention to those sales. If you don't have anything to contribute and you're just here to troll then if you could kindly go and screw off. -

This bug only happens when a large amount of postings have been placed and then sold in a short period of time. I had way over a hundred postings up between 3 characters at this point. The only way for proof is for you to reproduce it yourself. Do what I posted, if you want to risk the loss. I'd generally spend 200-400k on a daily buy in to the market to do this on item flipping... So you have to have the money to risk losing if the bug happens. You will most likely never have this issue by only posting 15 items on a character. I'm on The Bastion. !NOTE! Be sure to read your mail when the sales notice comes in (before the credits come). I doubt that me doing that has anything to do with the bug but reproducing a bug should always have all factors involved. -

You know what? The best thing to do if you don't believe me is this; Since I let go of the mod market prices have plummeted insanely low. Buy out the prototype level mods from level 25-50 and relist them all at a higher price bracket (that still undercuts the people that overprice them). As long as you keep the people that post the default price bought out then you will always make a lot of sales with a good profit. . . But watch as many of your listings suddenly have no return even though they are bought out. If you want to see the bug faster (but with a possible larger loss). Then buyout lvl 4, 5, or 6 Artifact level underworld metals, break them into multiple stacks of 2 and then a few large stacks. If done in a large enough quantity then you will lose 25-90% of the credits that were supposed to come back to you after the sales. To help, My price bracket for mods was as follows; Prototype-- Mod 12's- 8,800 13's- 8,825 14's- 8,900 15's&16's- 8,925 17's&18's- 8,950 19's- 9,000 20's- 9,100 21's- 9,250 22's- 8,500 Artifact-- All others- 9,900 22's- 10,000 Buyout anything posted at under 700 credits of your bracket and you will still profit after commission. If I'm wrong then you will make a profit. If I'm right then you will reproduce the issue and lose a large chunk of money. Have fun. -

Nothing short of being granted remote access to their database would allow someone to even get sufficient evidence. Screen shots is the best anyone can do with these things. It's one thing to be skeptical but it's another to ask for evidence when the only way that would be possible would be to hack into the host. -

Look. I'm simply not going to argue with you, some trolls, or any 12 year old that decides to try and flame this thread. I posted this thread as a notice for people to keep an eye on their sales and then if it happens to them to help me me get it genuinely noticed by the Dev team. I'm not going to have a *** session on here with you. -

The reason I was so obsessively watching these few sales is because I had 1.5M credits, spent a few hundred thousand on buying out the metals, reposted them for a higher price on the market, and then they sold. These few sales determined whether my day ended with a profit or a loss. I'm positive they didn't arrive. Not only did they not arrive but since the credits got lost AND the items were gone, it was a double loss for me. I'm positive that this is not a "human error" thing here. -

mm, The scripting for that would/should have been removed from the database when the earlier patch went out. If it wasn't then I could see that causing an issue, maybe. I'm pretty sure taking 100% of the sale as commission is not intended though. lol I think the Dev team knew better than that though and it's an otherwise unnoticed bug by them. -

Cute. Have you ever hosted a MMO gaming server and/or been a moderator to its database? No? Because I have. Now let me explain to you how this works. The mail is supposed to relay as one notice per listing which is then supposed to be purged from box upon the conclusion of the hour timer. The fact that people receive duplicate notifications is the first sign of a problem. The fact that the mail would remain after the hour timer is the second sign of a mail server issue. Just because you haven't had missing credits doesn't mean that it's not happening and the server bug with the mailing system is apparent even to those without missing credits. Go learn how to manage gaming database and then we can talk more in depth about how these things work. Otherwise just go away. -

It is. It only happens if you receive a large amount of sales within an hour span. People that sell only a few 'in low demand' items at a time will never have this issue. -
I did start to and they refuse to refund any of the lost credits. Additionally, why let people spend countless cartel coins on expanding post limits if the server can't handle someone posting many items? Credits lost is one thing, but Cartel coins originate from our actual money. To allow people to throw away their actual money on an in-game feature that doesn't actually work? They should be refunding either one or the other to people. Not just giving them a copy-paste response.
