  1. off the top of my head i know: 2 BM inquisitors, both assassins 4 BM warriors, all 4 juggernauts 1 BM IA, operative 1 BM bounty hunter, powertech
  2. every good troll on these forums knows the two magic phrases: you got one! now just make this one your own: success
  3. It could be that you're burned out of MMO's in general... I felt that way a bit at times. If you don't think its that, then: Force yourself to finish a chapter one and you'll probably be pretty excited to continue. I recommend taking a day or two playing little to none, and only doing PvP or space missions. Then when you start questing again, it'll feel a bit more fresh.
  4. based on your post, you're asking for increased burst, not increased DPS seeing big hits like 3500+ does not necessarily mean they are doing more DPS than you. Whether or not their burst is more effective than your DPS is arguable
  5. sorcerers are way too good at PvP: -Ranged damage to farm ilum -Faster armament clicking to finish dailies
  6. omg no the real problem is the snugglers. SO OP!!! nerf snugglers please. my girlfriend is a snuggler and shes like 'hey lets snuggle' and im like 'ha im at full resolve' but it doesnt matter she makes me snuggle resolve doesnt work omg
  7. I completely agree with your post but many of your suggestions are long-term ones. Things like capturable zones/planets, guild-owned ships (capturable/assaultable), etc. are all things that would definitely incentivize (sp?) world pvp. I know for a fact that if my current guild owned our own ship/planet/zone and had the opportunity to assault a certain Republic guild that we don't really like... we would be doing it constantly, and they would be giving it back to us, no doubt. The problem is that implementing this would require huge content updates and huge investments because they obviously haven't been working on this stuff yet. It's clear that their priority for launch was to have a strong levelling experience with good storytelling, which they achieved. I believe they have the playerbase and capital and foundation to expand quite a bit but it will take a long, long time. In the meantime I'd like to see posts like these, except focusing more on short-term changes. Things they could implement in a side-patch, so to speak. For example, how can they change Ilum NOW to make it better NOW, to give us something to do while we wait for the potentially big changes like you describe. Ilum's new player-kill requirement will certainly cause some pvp, at least on my server. But at the same time I could also see Ilum becoming an Imperial sausage fest with no Republic in sight because of the severe imbalance. I think my response was a long winded way of saying that the first thing that needs to happen is faction balancing. It should be a relatively easy fix. I don't think Bioware would ever go for the idea of increased Exp. gain, simply because they put so much stock into their levelling experience that is already relatively short. They WANT you to spend as much time as possible enjoying their stories. On the other hand, increased Valor gain is something simple that I could see them implementing for the underrepresented side.
  8. Enforcer definitely - the Field Medic 2-pc set bonus provides 15% bonus to Recuperative Nanotech. The Enforcer set bonus isn't that great but at least its better than nothing. (1 second longer evasion duration)
  9. That's interesting because my stats are nearly the same and my hidden strike crits are never under 4k. I've broken 5k when I have the 15% red buff. I guess I could have more Power, I don't know mine either. It could also be that I specifically target light-armor players with my opener, I feel like that is who we are meant to counter. I open on them, assassinate them, and then switch to fighting whatever is left (ie. the heavies). I also have the Rakata Adrenal from biochem, which is absurdly strong (565 power for 15 sec) and my biggest crits are obviously when I pop that before a HS for 5k.
  10. also, Always try and kill a low HP target first. The obvious reason is because it eliminates damage and CC output, but also you can immediately use the extra Tactical Advantage (gained upon kill) to activate Stim Boost which is a huge help when you try and fight out of stealth. Talented Sever Tendon is a 2 second full-snare with no resolve hit at all. You can stop someone dead in their tracks, even with a full resolve bar. They can still attack and stuff though. Useful against Sorcerers that just used Force Speed or huttball carriers that are getting CC-trained into instant-immunity. After your initial backstab, reapplying Acid Blade before every backstab is a good idea because the DoT is a lot stronger than many realize. Mine ticks every second for 250 and crits for 500. I have just under 40% crit, so each Acid Blade adds an extra ~2100 damage. Don't use Overload Shot. Mine's not even on my bar. If I'm being kited I use Corrosive Dart and Rifle Shot until I get back into range and then Sever Tendon. Overload Shot just burns energy that I want to put towards Debilitate > Acid Blade > BS > Shiv > Lace.
  11. Eviscerate does not work in PvP - nor does any other classes equivalent to eviscerate. It's intended for Strong mobs and below. To answer your question - your rotation is more of a priority one. If you're stealthed, always use Acid Blade + (Adrenals and/or Relics) + Hidden Strike. No reason to ever open with anything else. Afterwards, use backstab while its still easy (they can't avoid it while facedown). Apply corrosive dart if the target has stealth/vanish. Right as they are getting up, use Sever Tendon because it is NOT affected by their currently maxed resolve. Use Lacerate whenever you have TA's because it does more damage than Shiv - Use Shiv when you have no TA's. Never open with Sleep dart because it fills their resolve bar. Instead Sleep dart the 2nd player and open on the first player. Never use debilitate on your main target because Hidden Strike fills the resolve bar. Wait till it runs out, although usually the fight is over by then if it's just a 1v1. Save flashbang for when their teammates come. 1 cool trick is, if the teammate is next to your main target, you can flashbang without having to switch targets even if your main target has a full resolve bar because the AoE will still CC the second guy. Hope that helps!

    It gets better!

At least in the US server that is.

    It gets better!

Agreed. Once I got 'drive' at level 16 things started getting better, but the real sweetness doesn't come until level 21.
