  2. This game generates money, has lot of player and so on, that's why LucasFilm let it continue, althought every other series or continouous works labelled as legends stopped. SWTOR is the only legend storyline that continues. But that doesn't make it more canon than the others, Lucasfilm may pick up things in it for news stories, the same way it does with any other previous work. And by the way remember, picking up an idea wouldn't make entire parts of the game suddenly canon, only what is mentionned is. If in episode VIII, someone mentionned "an ancient sith lord named Darth Revan", it doesn't involved all his story as we know it, only the fact that there was once a sith lord named Darth Revan, would be canon. At this point point, nothing in SWTOR has been reused somewhere else, therefore nothing in it is canon. The only thing more or less related to the Old Republic would be the mention, in Rebels, of a huge battle on Malachor, at an unknown date, with no information of the participants or the point for this battle.
  3. If that is you concern, SWTOR still has regular updates and will probably still run for several years. The question is : do you like what the game offers you or not. But that's purely your own point of view.
  4. S-canon never existed. And N-canon also included some modified elements such as Shaak Ti's death in Episode III, replaced by the one in the Force Unleashed Game. SWTOR is completely legend. But all that worked for "legend" material (i.e. everything published before 2014 (SWTOR included), at the exception of the 6 films and The Clone Wars TV serie. From now one, every film, novel, comic, video game etc... are supposed to be coherent with eachother and are equally considered canon. Nothing in SWTOR is canon, if not any novel/book/film/etc... refers to it. And it would canonized only what is mentionned. If in Episode VIII, Snoke refers to Darth Revan, it would only mean there was once a sith named Revan, all of is Kotor and SWTOR story won't won't magically become "true".
  5. Technically you're not allowed to use that name at all, with or without space, as it is a known name from the pop-culture.
  6. I totally support the idea. This appartament is very nice, especially the bathroom (which doesn't exist in any other strongholds, and can't be reproduce, for what I know, with decorations). Juste make sure to increase the total number of strongholds we can have, having to choose only 4 out of 6 would be cruel, especially as this one is a lot smaller than the others (unless you use the two closed doors to add other rooms and/or floors). Anyway, that's a very good idea. The moment I enter this place, I thought it would be a nice stronghold, and it looks like I'm not the only one.
  7. No coinc nor code neither. Always been subscribing to emails (I get one every month saying I got my 500 cc for being a subscriber, but nothing for the gift).
  8. I think being a subscriber at a given time to get a givent item is part of the deal and should stay so. But if we could have more interesting items, it would be good. Someone mentionned strongholds, A reduced prize on the next one(s), just like we got Nar Shaadda with free rooms back in that time, would be really enjoyable and, I think, would be more efficient to make players subscribe thant those HK gear (can't spea for others, but I'm subscribing, it's only for the bonus chapter).
  9. Playing with HK (or any other compagnon I guess) should be very faun and interesting. i'm actually considering keeping my subscription up the whole Spring just for that, even if I wont' play that much. And I'm probably not the only one.
  10. Hello I'd like to suggest adding tokens that may allow us to get more than the five current compartments in our cargo or legacy storage box. It would be usefull for people like that like to collect tons of different equipments and are running out of space to store them. Thanks
  11. Hello just a little request, which I mean should be quite easy to do, could we have more than five cargo bays ? I am a huge collectioner and I'm running out of place to store all my stuff, toys and other things. My legacy box doesn't allow to store most of the gear I've used once and is filled with crafting materials (if you could extent it too it would be great). It could be purchased with credits, or even with cartel coins only. Thanks
  12. My Consular will totally keep on with Nadia, no way I will leave here. Besides, the other romancable meeted so far ar les interesting as love interests. But my Inquisitress doesn't care, she doesn't love anyone in this universe anyway. She can **** whoever she wants any times she wants, being a random imperial guard on Alderaan or Theron.
  13. So if y understand weel, for the allaince conversations, isntead of a unique, fully-voiced system like before, we good back to that old-schooled interface without voices for our answers. I thought SWTOR was unique on that point, but it's nothing more than almost any other rpg. Hope it only concerns alliance and not all conversations. Nostalgy of kotor is one thing, regression another. [/disappointed and confused]
  14. I think the lvl sync is an interesting idea but in many ways it's not so good et therefor should be optionnal. O f course, it's great to bo able to run through planets without to much facility due to overleveling but : - you can't easily help a low level friend - you can't easily run trough heroics you missed in your progression because you could'nt find a group. it's especially a problem for conquest objectives linked to heroics. Large guilds will sort it without too much trouble but individual players... - you can't easily finish achievments such as "kill 300 ennemies". It's long and boring to do it today, what should we said if we have to do it being underleveled. - World bosses achievements are even worse. In lots of servers it will be almost impossible to find 10+ players to kil one of them - and last but not least : DAILIES ! Lots of them have ben there for years, there is for the most, no interest in doing it except for credits. But with downscaling, it won't be usefull anymore. 10 minutes for 70-80k credits is ok, 20 minutes is not. Farming is boring enough without needing to add difficulty. The best solution would be to create an item, giving a buff that delete this downscaling, eventually limiting it's utilisation in specific conditions such as "no-group" ou "dailies area only". We got the possibility to choose beetween xp x12 (easier anf faster leveling) or not (standard progression), we should we forced to get the level intended for the planets we are on ? The ones wanting more challenges can have it and the others remain with today rules.
