I belive this is an ancient bug from the dawn of time, or launch anyway. I had it on both my pt's lvling up way back when. I guess its a thing when he is avilable for a while and then not and then again not being made avilable after the q series on Taris is done. If i remember correctly; after i started next planet i could press 'n' and summon him, after that it worked from the ui as well.

No One Important Died Progression Guild on The Red Eclipse Recruiting. We're a small/ mid sized guild with 1 team 10/ 10 (No One Important Despairs (NOID)) and 1 team (No One Important Tried (NOIT)) We've become a fairly close group of friends that depend on each other for fun and progress. We expect loyalty and commitment, though in a fairly relaxed atmosphere. We're just as picky about having team members working socialy within the guild as we want team members to be good and do what is required to clear all content. Raids start 21 CE(S)T/ 20 GMT/ BST till ish 24:00 CE(S)T/ 23:00 GMT/ BST (Mon) Tues-> Thursday. During weekends we do random runs and some 16m whatever. Currently looking for a Tank and a Healer.
