  1. Simple one for you guys. I want to play Mara leveling through at 12xp. Is Jugg THAT much better at leveling? I won't be playing Immortal if I got Jugg though. Looking at DPS Jugg. Thanks.
  2. Hey guys... I just came back to the game after a hiatus off (thanks school), so I missed out on the Gold Scalene armor when it was available on the Cartel Market. So, I go ahead and ask on general on the fleet, and a few people mentioned Red, and Blue, versions, and saw them on the site banner. Are these reputation items? Or they supposed to be on the CM, and I am missing them? Better yet, any word on Gold Scalene going back for sale? I absolutely LOVE the look of this armor, no matter the color, but don't have a toon geared, or leveled, to rep grind for it before the event will most likely be over. So, I am willing to use cartel coins to get any of the 3 variations for my new main Imperial Agent. Any word? Thanks in advance.
  3. Emperor and Darth Vader... Sorcerer and Jugg
  4. I would gladly pay 150-200 cartel coins in order for me to pick the model of the pistol I use in cinematic scenes. This, I feel, would make a huge difference in my immersion as I level. It could be something as simple as having a hidden weapon slot labeled "Cinematic", and only allowing pistols, and this becomes the model that appears only during cinematic sequences.
  5. It works much like our channeled resting heal works. In the case where you don't have a jetpack, or boosters, attached to your chest piece, the jets fire from your boots (seen when hovering during the heal animation). But there are cases of certain chest pieces not working as intended.
  6. My Rattataki agent is not like most of his race, in that he isn't naturally violent. He is proud to serve the Empire, and will do anything to keep it, and its people, safe. He despises the Republic and everything they stand for, but the only thing he hates more is when Sith get involved in Intelligence affairs. Though he does not have a problem with the Sith at all, as his brother is Sith, he finds it infuriating that they sometimes have the gall to undermine the most strategic and intelligent branch of the Empire. He believes strongly that his Keeper has the best interest of the Empire in mind, and if it can be helped pushes Sith priorities off to those of the people. He trained mainly in combat medicine (said he wasn't that violent), and finds his does his best work keeping the people out of harms way. With the control the Sith have shown over Intelligence of late, however, he is wondering if being an agent is the best way for him to help the Empire.
  7. There is so much whining about 1.2 healing nerfs to Mercs, that I am actually starting to believe the "Reroll Now!" chanters. I finally got my first 50, and I said along the way I was going to make a Merc heals strictly for PvP... I usually ignore forum chatter because people blow things completely out of proportion, but it seems like between the patch notes, and the excessive crying, I am actually being convinced by the whiners. Should I go ahead and still do it? Am I digging myself a hole, I rather not use a lightstick character, and I already have an Operative (but don't enjoy him much anymore).
  8. For some reason, I already hear prepubescent teen somewhere yelling, "No scoped, *****!"
  9. It seems like this is the case with most tank companions unfortunately. I put a thread up earlier about Kaliyo becoming squishy in the 30s, and after I did reading into it, it seems myself (and you) aren't the only one experiencing it. I am doing what I can, as she is wearing orange mod gear, and I am making cybertech armor/mods to keep it up-to-date, and it doesn't seem to be enough.
  10. I keep hearing about how everyone seems to think the IA storyline is amazing, and through Act 1, it certainly was awesome... especially as a LS agent who dislikes Sith, and talks down to them at all times. Anyways, I am now starting up Act 2, lvl 33, and it seems like this act is starting very slow... I am 2 missions into Taris, and I hope it is just a matter of letting the story build. Also, as a concealment Operative, I seem to be having trouble now because Kaliyo is becoming rapidly squishy as I level. Does this get better? Will hidden strike make a big difference in getting the initial jump on Elites? Right now, the story is slow, and my leveling is getting rough (Kaliyo will die on a solo Elite, leaving me to tank the last 20% or so). Please tell me it gets better soon?
  11. Because I always thought Moe from Nickelodeon Guts was smokin as a kid... And she voices my beautiful Elara And I prefer tactical looking armor to the BH's scrap/jungle/barbarian look
  12. Honestly don't see what the grind is... I am now level 26 on my scoundrel, who is a Cybertech, Scavenger, Slicer... and by the time I needed to buy speeder training at 25, I had close to 140k credits. Doing all the missions on each planet, and doing plenty of space battle dailies makes VERY good credits, mixed with slicing of course. I have sold 2 total items on the AH for less than 1k each, and I upgrade my own OJ armor with cybertech or commend. mod purchases. I also periodically buy blue/purp UW metals to craft items. This game isn't hard to make credits in.. but speed leveling doesn't make it easy... It is your money, and you can play the way you would like, but the slow-steady pace while leveling certainly yields plenty more credits.
  13. Did you even bother to read what I posted? I said we could "of course" use tweaks, but there are those who are doing exceptionally well at the class. My point of you being a pathetic whiner on a forum, with nothing better to contribute, still stands. I cannot go into one thread about Marauder performance without you doing, what I can only imagine as, gritting your teeth and mashing the keyboard. Every game has guys like you on the forums... can't cut it playing in game, so you whine on the forums til they fit your class to your play style. Good day, sir.
  14. Honestly dude, do you have better places to be. Every possible chance a "Marauders are UP" topic comes up... you are there, like a pesky gnat. Give it a rest. I have seen some Marauders roll through mobs, and players, alike. Sounds like your problem with the class is in how you play it, not so much the class itself. Could they use a tweak here and there to provide a bit of utility and survivability? of course. But find a new hobby... I heard stamps are pretty popular.
