From my recent tickets (two for the story mission bugs, the ones that are around here in the forums, and one regarding cancellation of my sub because of the bugs and the nerf) - guess which one was answered, in HOURS I have to say, whilst the others are open for days now? So obviously they do read the tickets. They just don't care as long as it doesn't include $$$. It's almost, almost funny.

I'm one step from calling my credit card company to get my subscription fee back. I cannot progress with my Main Chars because of the class-story-not-complete bugs, and as a founder who just came back to the game for KoTFE twinking is worse than any repetitive work I can imagine. The comp nerf is one thing (that's a rather personal issue), but the story is something I pay for, for which I have a contract with EA. As easy as it is. Money against Product. No product, no money.

Nope, still nothing, still stuck on the Tyrant with no objectives whatsoever. Best thing for me is that the ingame ticket isn't even _at least_ answered with a "yeah, sorry, we're working on it" (this is even nicely assuming that it is more of a problem than using a checkbox in the console) - this is furious.

Ach so, nur weil andere das so machen ist es gut. Wenn alle in den Rhein springen, springst Du mit? Nein? Dann ueberdenke Deine eindimensionale Meinung bitte nochmals. Und im uebrigen ist das Argument schlichtweg falsch. Spiel heute mal die Konkurrenz, egal welche. Mal von der Welt abgesehen, technisch steckt jedes billige Korea-F2P SWTOR locker in die Tasche. Es fehlen ja immer noch simpelste sachen wie anstaendige Gefaehrtensuche etc. Da gebe ich Dir dann vollkommen recht.

Ja super, das ist auch mein grosses Ziel, durch sinnfreies Geschenkeverteilen oder auferzwungenes Spielen mit unsympathischen Gefaehrten (was das RP-Element auch noch erbaermlicher macht als es eh schon ist) - ich moechte nicht beschaeftigt werden, sondern Spass haben!

Mit welchem Klammerbeutel hat man Euch eigentlich gepudert um eine Wartung in den Feierabend zu legen? An einem Donnerstag, an dem viele eh Zeit haben weil sie morgen arbeiten müssen? Unglaublich. Der zahlenden Kundschaft so am Nervenkostüm zu rütteln! *sauer ich bin weil feierabend ich habe*

And you failed. Congratulations. What do you expect when people cannot join servers? When friends want to play together, come from work, ask "which server", and then they have to wait for hours to play together? Sorry guys, that's THE No. 1 reason to instantly quit a MMO and never come back again.

And still, no argument. Not even in F2P-games you see these queues. We're paying customers, and if I pay I expect to get what I pay for. Easy as cake.
