This doesn't have the coruscant boss in black sun territory level 18 huge battle war droid

How do i overcome my unbearable lag? I have already turned down my graphics settings to lowest possible and I have a pretty new and good computer. Some one help me out I just want to play the game the way it was meant to be played. Thanks

All my settings are on the lowest possible (graphics wise) and I have a phenomenal internet connection, What can I do to eliminate this lag?
