yea blows my mind, it has been a month now and I am still unable to pay them. I have made 3 phone calls, and no luck. I have sent tickets in game which we all know is a joke cause they say to call. I have called. *shrug* The game is amazing, well done, beautiful graphics. Story lines are great. I really enjoy playing.They just don't want me paying.. Customer support however is horrid, untrained, and just plain bad.
