Firstly, please can we have the ability to add friends who are offline? Secondly can we have the ability to have a global friends list or at least import friends lists so I don't have to set it up for every new character? Finally the ability to friend at an account level rather than character level would be nice too. Thanks!

This may be a silly question, but are you aware of the second tab on the skill trainer? The one for your advanced class skills? My wife went five levels into Vanguard without picking up a single Vanguard skill because she missed it! Bad HCI design tbh, we are pretty much trained by years of computer applications to expect tabs to be at the top rather than the bottom so it is remarkably easy to miss them.

All you would need is at least one character on each faction to be able to get to Nar Shadda and then you can use the mail system for the rest.

The fact that anyone can log on to any server means that all servers have to be patched at the same time. The only way to have a WoW like patch regime is to seperate the player base. EA/BW have decided not to do this, for all the benefits it brings it does however mean that downtime is going to impact one set of players more than another.

Unfortunately I am not sure there is a way around this due to the open nature of the server choice. With EU and US players being able to play on whatever server they like the server and client code needs to be kept in sync so patch times will have to be simultaneous. With the US being their largest single market it makes more sense to schedule patch times to coincide with low play time on the US servers.

So if I wait until the 22nd to redeem my code, I get two extra days free....

Because you didn't redeem your pre-order code until early december?

Not really sure what the fuss is about, the have pretty clearly said in the advertising and interviews that the head start was "up to 7 days" I think most of the advertising mentions "up to 5 days". The earlier you entered your pre-order code the earlier you get an invite. I pre-ordered last week so am not expecting an invite until the weekend. To be fair, as it is a new MMO launch I am not really expecting a huge amount of stability and solid playtime until after Christmas, but that is speaking from experience of many other MMO launches!
