Update; after logging complete out of the game and then logging back in the species unlock works, thanks for everyone who tried to help me. underwear still the same though, and I have a ticket for that, so I will just have to wait for it to be fixed.

that is the problem; I cant create a new character even after species unlock or character change to the species. and for the other; it wont let me unlock the underwear to use for other toons, but I can claim more on the original toon i used them on

no, I purchased this unlock and went to change one of my toons and the system wanted 450cc's more for a species unlock.

Like the title states. I bought the species unlock for 450 CC's and used it. and still it wants me to pay an additional 450 CC's to unlock the species. I put in a ticket as well. Also while I am here I have a ticket for NOT being able to unlock "Basic Women's Underwear" I have both versions of this armor, the reputation and the loot box versions and can't unlock from collections though I can reclaim from the character I originally equiped this set on. I have had a ticket for this for a few weeks now, no response as of yet. Thank you for your time.
