how long has it been broke

Dont know how this is till in the game. When I use exfiltrate while getting stunned mid roll I get pinned to the ground unable to move for the rest of the match till it afks me out.. This has happened over and over in solo ranked.

Friend and I keep getting 20s lag spikes sometimes we get dropped other times it lets us keep going.

so basically it is like the welfare system. Instead of taxing the middle and upperclass and giving it to the poor, bioware takes away stats from the geared and gives it to the ungeared.

So call me a noob , troll or w/e but im not getting this expertise bloaster thing. A friend and I have been doing warzones together he has a few things of conq and I have all but two things of conq but we have the same expertise rating of 1930. So next match I take off all my pvp gear but a few slots like him and only have a expertise of 1436... am I missing something or is this system janky? Would anyone care to explain your time would really be appreciated.
