I'm sure no one IMP or Pub is resetting/shorting cooldowns...no not at all However, I consider myself a bad. I had an IMP switch to his pub alt to tell me I hacked....so lot of chicken littles running around.

It's not like everyone is PT now is it....and why should they not do 2x the damage of all others...PT needs another stun tbh.
