Right...believe it or not i think i have a pretty good idea in order to deliver amazing open world pvp experience in this game. So lets get started.... Name:Test Of Faith(Republic side)/Darkened Planets(Empire Side) Now...this thing will happen ONCE a day....yeah ONCE!...if u miss it thats it you have to wait till next day and unfortuanatelly the next day you are working. Duration :Aproxx 2-3 hours to complete....same duration as raid...but PVP based. Story/Objectives: Every player in the game...and i mean EVERY PLAYER...will recieve a specific objective. This objective will be to go and build a rebublic/empire outpost in a random generated place on a random planet! How:The moment he recieves the quest...he recieves a mission item (chair/flag/coffee table/i dont care) and the quest tells him to go to lets say Corruscant to a specific location in order to place his item there.All players will recieve an item and will be different for most of the players.Thinks about 20 different items...(a tent/a canon/a whatever/times 20) Now all Empire and Republic players will have items and with them the objective is to go and build a Republic or Empire outpost in different planets AND in different places around the planets....lets say around 10 different places in each planet simultaneously! NOW...OBVIOUSLY!....The places on these planets will be the same for both and will be NEUTRAL before any of them arrives....These places will be scattered around different planets and need to be BUILT (with the items each player can bring) and DEFENDED!... Also as i explained before...due to the fact that different compoments will be needed for the outpost..it will be very important for the right people to go to the right outpost!!!!!When you need 2 canons to finish the outpost building...you WILL AHVE TO ASK A FRIEND WITH THIS MISSION ITEM to come to you and help you build the outpost! That helps people scatter and help for a GREATER cause! NOTE... YOU DONT KNOW if u will encounter any republic or empire players while u build and secure your OUTPOST!...AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR OPEN WORLD PVP CAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHO IS GONNA COME OT PWN YOU!...and thats where its different from any BG'S!...u know u have 10 people waiting to kill you!...This one will be like...Ok...im gonna build the outpost in Curroscant...lets get 3 republic friends and lets go...u might encounter 100 empire players building an outpost there or NONE!...or u might start building and people from the opposite faction start coming!The random factor is the most important in OPEN WORLD PVP! IMPORTANT:What will make it functional also...To have LOADS of places for outposts to be built.And when i say loads...i mean 10 in each planet...cause we want the players to scatter around the planets ALOT!..We aint gonna have lets say 3 outposts in each planet...and 100 people guarding each one...We want the opposite!...we want 10/20 OUTPOSTS IN EACH PLANET..so there are always....ALWAYS free neutral posts for people to go and claim! MOST IMPORTANT! THE REWARD....the rewards will be BY FAR SUPERIOR TO WHAT THE WARZONES GIVE!...it will be the HARDEST/TIME CONSUMING WAY to get THE BEST PVP GEAR(better gear than warzones) WHO WINS!After 2-3 hours the whole event ends...The reward will be a different currency to valor that will be similar to honor in wow but will be used to buy the best pvp gear in game....BUT BUT BUT BUT BUT! BUT!Farming this event wont indefinatelly grant you honor.So forget "im spamming the open world pvp event and i ahve DA BEST GEAR"...NO WAY MAN! IN ORDER TO UNLOCK THE ABILITY TO EARN MORE HONOR YOU WILL HAVE TO EARN ACHIEVEMENTS THAT SHOW YOUR DEDICATION AND YOUR ABILITY TO HELP BUILDING THE OUTPOSTS! EXAMPLEs! (these are examples...maybe they seems strange but thats what comes to my head atm!) ACH 1:Staying and defending an outpost for more than 5 minutes without dying. ACH 2:Assisting on building the outposts in different planets ACH 3:Taking over 3 outposts of the opposite side within the same event! ACH 4:Help on building the outposts in 3 different planets within the same event.. And obiously...harder and harder achievements that if they dont get DONE AND UNLOCKED YOU DONT GAIN ANY MORE HONOR SO YOU DONT GET THE BEST GEAR!
