Why is Harbinger the only server offline atm?

Does anyone know whats going ti happen to Guild banks and such? Withdraw all items im guessing for whats stored, but what about the already paid for vaults?

<Force Penetration> We're on both sides in Bastion, our Imperial Side is startiing to come along. And our republic is mainly ALTS at the moment but when transfers come that may become our primary(as majority of the imp really suck). Both Guilds will be open to whoever wants to come into the fold from APAC.

I for one don't see the problem, once the event is gone it'll be over anyway. I just see it as a good way for regular players to grind up they're ALTS quicker for a bit more variety.

Yeah, I logged into my old US server yesterday(Terentatek) and I was in the Sith fleet with one of my 50's there and I was the only one on the fleet, same deal when I logged my repub 50 as well. Im just praying that at least one of these characters can be transfered to the new Oceanic server I'm on since I've worked hard on a new character(Holding back on legacy unlock though) and building a Guild of 90 people from scratch.
