Only time I started losing agro as a tank was to a raid geared dps and I was still in 49 epic gear. Once I started getting better gear I never lost agro on a single target encounter. Aoe is another topic all together. If you drastically out gear your tank, just take it easy for the first 6-10 seconds and he shouldn't ever lose agro if he is using a decent rotation for taunt.

I think he means you buy the armor, pull the blue mod out and research it to get a purple recipe. That would seem how you would get to those mods, if they are researchable.

I like how they are doing it. It will keep the newbie zones from getting flooded. No one likes waiting 15 minutes+ to get a quest done cause all the mobs are dead.
