Knights of the Fallen Empire is cool and all, what with it's decent amount of new story, but there's something I think this game could realize use to revitalize it: A new set of class stories.
Now, hear me out. This isn't just me saying "Add another 50 levels for our level capped characters to play through." No, what I'm suggesting is a new expansion that let's us create new, level one characters, who's stories begin AFTER the events of kotfe. This way we'd get lots of new class based story content as well as more chances to play the games mmo elements, which are two of the most wanted things for the game (after an updated engine). These pull be the exact same classes we have now, but with brand new and fresh storylines. Bioware could even do something cool with them where when we pick one of the newer stories, that character finds themselves experiencing all the effects of a players previous adventures in the original storyline should they have played it. It would be really nice to actaully see that so many of our decisions actually ended up having an effect on the swtor universe. And even better, we could visit updated versions of each world! Imagine playing a new jedi Padawan exploring the decimated Tython after it's invasion in Shadow of Revan, or even a better settled Taris! We could get all new quests on these updated worlds, with the old versions still visitation by characters who weren't from the new storyline and hadn't completed all of kotfe. And to add some icing on the cake, throw in like 5 or 10 more levels of class story to our old characters after Kotfe to finish their individual stories. Maybe circle back around and have the meet old allies or enemies. And the story could change based on major story decisions made in the past! Like say you're playing a sith warrior who had Darth Baras imprisoned; your new final storyline could involve Darth Baras escaping and coming for your head. Sure it might take a long time for bioware to make, but it would be SO worth it and so much awesome new content. Does anyone else agree with me that we need something like this?
