Some people have some crazy long names. When I hit /w...isn't there any easier way to talk to them other than trying to type their name perfectly without being mis-spelled? Can't I just highlight the person and then hit 1 button to open a dialogue box with them?

Yes, I tried clicking the Accept button and it was non-responsive. Why would I only be able to choose one of the rewards (4 are offered btw...3 stims and 1 commendation medal). I have enough room in my inventory for all 4, so why would I only be allowed to choose one?

How do i chat with a random person who's not in a party with me? I put the cursor over their character, and then what key do I hit to open a chat box to that individual?

I'm a level 7 Jedi Consular and I just completed a quest where I scan some robots. When I go back to complete the quest, the box pops open with my reward but the "Accept" button is greyed out. I'm unable to accept the completion of this mission. Has anyone else experienced this glitch? Also, this is a stupid question...but can someone tell me how I get medium armor?

Does anyone know the answer to this? If I'm having performance issues, just wondering if switching to a "standard" population server would help? I'm currently on a "heavy" server.

Thanks Elladan, Is there anything on my laptop that is not upgrade-able? I've already got 4 GB of RAM coming and I also purchased an internet package that provides 60 MB speed. But as far as I know, upgrading a processor and a video card is not an option on laptop. That can't be true, can it?

I asked because I'm having performance issue...and if servers with less people on it would perform better for me, then I'd be willing to start a new character on another server if it meant my the lag times were a little improved. I can't don anything else to my laptop to improve performance. It's maxed out. So my last option to improve gameplay is a hope that servers with less people will have less lag. Is this a correct assumption? Please let me know. I don't want to create a new character and throw away my old one for nothing.

It's Toshiba Satellite L505-S6946. It's only 2 years old. Are you serious? I just spent $60 on this game and my barely old laptop will not be able to support it?!!

Can someone tell me how to switch servers? I haven't been prompted to select a server since I first started the game.

This isn't working. I have two buttons on my mouse (of course)...and I'm holding down the right button and scrolling with the wheel in the middle and it's still affecting the zoom, and not my character's rotation. Am I doing it wrong?

It's ctrl+F? I tried that combination and didn't see any info on my screen? I also tried ctrl+shift+F and nothing happened either. Is the FPS number hard to see? ...or am I using the wrong key combination?

I tried using the mouse to turn left/right like you suggested...but instead it zoomed in/out the 1st-person perspective. How did you get the mouse to rotate your character? ...and how do you assign left/right strafe to the A and D keys?
