  1. I wasn't paying attention and entered "story" mode to, ya know, advance the "story" only to realize afterwards that I needed to complete "solo" mode to advance the story. Whoops, lol. Story mode was really buggy and had no cutscenes....at the end, I just headed towards the shuttle because that was the only place I could go and there were no directions showing as to how to conclude the thing...so I didn't even realize it was over. The shuttle takes me back out and in trying to figure out what I was doing wrong (before I realized I needed to do it in "solo" mode), I started back up story mode thinking I could get in to finish it. Then I realized I needed solo mode but it wouldn't let me enter solo mode....kept telling me I had an active mode in the flashpoint running that I needed to complete or drop first. I tried dropping and resetting the story mode flashpoint but it kept giving me the same error message. So I had to run it again in story mode just to get to solo mode. Then, had to run it in solo mode to advance the story. Ughhh, running this once was boring enough....running it 3 times was super boring, lol.
  2. Thanks for the response. I'm in the same boat as the OP. Sent in a support ticket yesterday morning and hadn't heard anything back yet. Glad to now know at least the timeframe for getting this rectified.
  3. Ugh....I did the same thing. Just wasted time going through this thing in story mode.

Sure....and next up, all mobile games with any sort of currency--based unlocks will be banned....and then baseball card packs and other types of trading cards will be banned.....and then raffles....and then all the lotteries, lol. If you're an adult, you're responsible for your own choices in terms of what you buy. If it's a child, then their parents are responsible for the choices of their children....last I checked, a minor can't get their own credit card.
  5. I did the requisite Warzones, got the legacy achievement and didn't get Darth Hexid. Checked after the update and nothing. Still nothing as of now. I sent a support ticket in about 24 hours ago and still waiting to hear back.
  6. Same here....I sent in a support ticket about 16-17 hours ago and haven't heard anything back yet.
  7. Definitely check your spam folder. I have never had a SWTOR email go to spam in over 4 years but this one did for some reason. Also, tacking into onto the newsletter email was a poor idea.....I just about deleted the email thinking that is all it was.
  8. Not sure if this will help anyone else but worked for me so I figured I'd pass it along. After updating the game, I had the same disappearing bug when trying to launch. Nothing happened as if I had never tried to even run the game. Completely disappeared. That happened twice in a row. Then, I went into my settings and turned off compatibility mode for launching the game. I'm running the game on Windows 7 and have had it set to launch in Windows XP mode forever because of previous issues trying to run the game in Windows 7. Worked for me right away when I re-launched with compatibility mode off.
  9. It's pretty surprising that they still don't have any sort of veteran rewards program for subs. That's pretty standard with most MMOs. Every 30 days of time subbed should unlock an increasingly more valuable sub reward.
  10. I had logged out right after the initial convo that starts Chap. 7. When I logged back in later, it was on the "take the shuttle" step and had skipped the step for replacing the fuses. The shuttle button was not clickable. I went to the fleet and was able to reset the mission from there. Then, when I went back into KOTFE, it re-started the initial convo and I got the fuse mission and then was able to progress correctly to and take the shuttle. Looks like maybe there's a bug that's not putting people back in the right place if they log out at the beginning of Chap. 7?
  11. And I don't think it even has anything to do with the CS person.....I think if you send anything claiming bugs, then you just get the automated "bug report" response. CS doesn't fix bugs. The person didn't post the content of whatever they submitted but it sounds like they were claiming packs were bugged and so they got the same automated response any of us would get if we sent in a CS support ticket about something and claimed bugs.
  12. They do. My Knight already had T-7 from the story and I could pick Kira, Doc or Scourge individually. No Rusk though. Said others may turn up later. No big loss there, I never use Rusk so don't mind waiting for him, lol.
  13. "Troopers no longer end up with two Yuuns." What about two T-7's for Knights?
  14. Annnnnndddd, that's why I took all gear off all my companions before the patch. Knew something like this would happen, lol.
