Are you wedded to carnage? Try Fury. The addition of an extra leap helps your mobility out quite considerably. You're still going to have a tough time solo queued because of survivability, though.

No one I know of uses macros or the huttball click thing. I'd never even heard of it until I was accused of it, tbh. I just click. My respec times are probably 10 seconds or so given that I've memorized each tree that I spec into.

Most of Game Genie is lucky if they're in full Partisan. Only a few of us have a mixture of Conqueror pieces. I think your fear of undergearing is wildly overstated. I can only think of maybe 1 or 2 people with full conqueror, if that. You should inspect us, some of us don't even have full augments. And in any case, getting a full set of Partisan is easy to do, and that's all you really need. Sure, it makes a small bit of difference, I'm not arguing that. This game is however, a team sport, especially with the changes post 2.0, so team coordinated play is going to win out over 1v1 duels.

I think you should get your eyes checked, Ser Ezio. None of the instances you've cited is due to /stuck. Scoundrel roll > predation. But you knew that right? I will say your accusations are pretty novel - most repeat the tired litany that our shadows hack and exploit. I think it's a pretty telling fact that you came over from Jedi Covenant with your tails tucked between your legs from LD50 and when you came here looking for a noob stomp since it's full of carebear RPers, you get slammed in the same manner. Guess it wasn't as easy as you thought? Maybe you should reevaluate your play and figure out where you're doing something wrong like everyone else who is rational does.

As far as Mort is concerned, that wasn't something I was aware of until after the fact as I said previously. Maybe he sent it to the guild leader, but our guild leader wasn't on during when we started, which was sort of spontaneous. All I knew when I logged on was that rateds was happening, and all the parties involved knew who was queuing, it wasn't some big kept secret, which is why I hadn't realized it was even a problem until later. I don't even think there had been any sort of formal announcement either. So if people were queuing on Sunday with this expectation and felt like they got "suckered" in, like Lucy with the football, that wasn't the intention.

We did, in fact reroll, and we do have max level characters on Pot5. We were going to invest more time on those toons when server transfers got announced. Now we're using the benefits of the legacy we have here to prepare additional toons for transfer. For the record, my win/loss record on Pot5 is just as high as it is here. There's even more nubery going on that server than here. I'd argue that the caliber of PvP play here on Ebon Hawk is higher - What that server has that this one lacks is round the clock queues at all levels. No waiting 20 minutes for a pop in the dead of morning, it's instant. And that's just as far as normals go; with vastly more ranked matches that happen than here. You guys think it's about trolling and about roflstomping when it isn't; I just want to play with my friends, same as you. This is probably only the second time I've heard this, and the first time I heard it was after the fact on Monday. Didn't know this was a "thing".
