Smash/Force Sweep is still the same AOE attack it's always been. The only change that they made to it was that it now only auto-crits and multiplies on the targeted player, not those around. It still CAN crit on the remaining players (taking the AOE damage) but it only autocrits the targeted player. So... yes, still an AOE. Attacks up to 5 people.

Kill vids/streams for Proof of Kill? No way! If we did that last time we never would have had the two week head start after Thrasher! =P

This has been the case since the original release/progression race. What we did to manage it was sit at the pillar we were currently at when barrage went off.. wait a second until it started traveling (wherever it would randomly decide to travel to), then pop transcendence and run to the opposite side for the next pillar. Worked out pretty well for us.
