The only reason this is a big deal is because the new ops are so damn buggy. If they were able to be completed by PUG's then everyone would already be in this gear and no one would give a ****!!! 3 months from now when the fights finally function right and everyone starts getting there hands on gear this **** will be a laughing matter.

I've been playin since 1.0 I'm enjoying the new patch and all of the changes. Get over it or go play another game if it's so bad. Personally my toon is more fun now than ever. My vote is YES the game is awesome.

Just make sure to get legacy field respec. You might want the DOT spread for certain fights.

I'm not saying it's better than vigilance, the DOT is not really my play style but I didn't enjoy focus until now. I'm just mentioning that I've been having fun with the new build. I've tried the new vigilance DOT spread and it is pretty cool, I just like the new focus build. I do not pvp really so idk about that end, I'm sure vigilance is better there

I just wanted to say thank you to bioware, and to put this out there for all the negative response to this update. Before 3.0 I was a vigilance guardian, now I'm a focus guardian and it's amazing!!! It's exactly the toon I've wanted from day 1. Anyway, I feel the dps guardian is back and I'm extremely happy. I'm hitting harder than ever and the rotation is great. Anyway if anyone else is feeling the new guardian, leave a positive post for BW. Oh and I've been around since 1.0 so not since launch but long enough to know what's up.

I really enjoy my Gaurdian, currently vigilance, fun class to play. The animations are great, very mobile melee class, because of force leap and gaurdian leap. I crank out dps, its more sustained than burst though. I also get to wear the trooper gear sets, which i enjoy.

TfB and SnV arent going away, but who knows what they have in the works, i dont see them rewarding 186 for all the current ops but thats essentially what they did for EV KP and EC with 2.0, respectively of coarse. I wish they would just make an official announcement so we can all plan accordingly.

2nd Tier, Alienware 17, its $1799 with a 17.3 in screen. Its a pretty rad laptop for under $2000

Starting class something like Brawler w/ advanced classes of Teras Kasi Monk style DPS/Heals options << Light Armor, another advanced class of say Street Fighter DPS/Tank options<<Medium Armor, some good ole hand to hand ******es. Also a medium armor tank would be cool since we don't have one. I'm also not saying street fighter is the best name lol, just couldn't think of anything else. I just remember the Teras Kasi from SWG and that **** was tight. I really do not see any new classes being added though as it would take a whole new story, and new class / advanced class set, and more balancing. There are quite a few classes and the game is hella fun as is.

I have a Vigilance Guardian and was wondering if I should get the 2 piece set bonus for 8% dmg increase on master strike from the sent armorings, or get the 4 piece set bonus for 8% more dmg on bladestorm from the guardian armorings. I'm torn b/c MS hits like a truck but you cant move while its going, but every time i overhead slash or plasma brand it has 30% chance to auto cool-down<< which happens often. Bladestorm on the other hand I can use while moving and hit targets at 5m, bladestorm also has auto crit in the vigilance spec. I just need the opinion of someone who has raided quite a bit, I do not know the kind of fights and which is more beneficial, the mobility of bladestorm or straight up dmg of MS.
