Why can't I get a bug in the system

So repairing the client did nothing except give me the ability to play galactic starfighter. I don't care about that, I want to get to level 55. How come I was able to get one expansion and not the other? Looks like customer service time.

I'm repairing now, I really hope you're right as I've been trying to get this expansion ever since it came out. Thanks for the hope.

That's not what everyone on the fleet just said when I asked. I'm really confused now. Is a support ticket my best bet now or is there a chance someone with the knowledge of this will actually give a concrete response?

I was told all you need was to sub and you'd get it so now I'm apprehensive about buying a sub even if I do get the chance because it may not last...can we get some official word on this?

It stinks that it doesn't I was really excited for a minute there. I should re-sub, I have plenty of 50's, but I can't buy stuff online due to payment options. Since the stores around me don't sell the right cards I haven't actually been able to pick it up. I was hoping I'd found a way to get it, I've played BW money in the past obviously, it's not like I'm trying to be a cheapskate.

So by the referral thing that SWTOR is doing, as a old subscriber, I now have an active subscription for 7 days. However I cannot level past 50. I was under the impression that all you had to be was an active sub to have the ROTHC expansion now, am I wrong?

Hello. When SWTOR went F2P, I heard late, and began playing in late November, so I haven't been here very long I'm not sure how the guid system works, but I would like to do some Warzones with some friends, and learn a little more about the game, as I still have much to learn about the combat. I have played MMO's before, but things like World of Tanks, not anything that has you flying around, and I would like some people to both play with and give me some pointers. I'm not a bad player, I just understand that I could be better and a guild is the next step in that process. I currently have: lv 32 Jedi Shadow lv 24 Commando lv 18 Guardian lv 10 Sorcerer lv 10 Bounty Hunter lv 16 Juggernaut I'm not sure if a guild uses all my accounts characters or just one, which is why I listed them all. I'd also like to be clear that I am not playing this game in a grind set-up. I'm playing it more slowly, enjoying the storylines. So any offers and or more information about guilds in general would be helpful, as this websites guilds page really isn't informative. Merci.

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, I couldn't find a bugs forum. I am a level 28 Jedi Counslar on Alderaan. For my class quest, I have to go to to a mercenary named Fox. When I get there, he tests me in combat. I beat his dogs things, but when he sets the driods on me, I can't actually see them. I tried logging out and logging back in, but I still can't see them on my sceen. I can see icons on the mini-map and watch my health and my companions health bleed away, but I cannot see them, and therefore, can't fight them. Help, please?
