    • It's hardly useless.  Clearly if people mean that there's a trust and communication problem.  There is ample evidence throughout SW:TOR's history to see why people might feel that way.  Take the "10th Anniversary Celebration".  Not only did it not happen the studio was and still dead silent on why.  That is just one of many failed promises.  When the US servers were collapsed into SF and SS the impression they were giving was that SS was the US West Coast server which was laughably untrue (Virginia is very firmly East Coast).  Were they trying to gaslight us or was whoever responsible for the messaging dangerously incompetent? Your hypothetical is actionable feedback.  They've never managed to do anything about the perception.
    • Alternately if the above doesn't work, make sure you/your ship are at Alderaan before talking to Risha since it looks like that is the initial Alderaan class quest for Smugglers.
    • Exit the ship and leave the hangar so that you are out of the phase/instance. Right click on your profile picture and Select Additional Commands -> Phase -> Reset Local Phases If I remember correctly the trigger to progress the mission is in the hangar and not actually talking to Risha so make sure you walk to your ship through the hangar on whatever planet this quest is from and it progresses before you enter your ship if I'm thinking of the right mission. Edit: I don't think this is correct/remembering different mission. See below.
    • No, no it's not. Saying to the Devs, "this system, feature, etc. does not work and is not fun," is perfectly fine. God knows I shouted it from the roof tops about the ridiculous gearing system, and I'm still peeved about it. Saying "the devs lie, and trick us and I hate what this game is" is not fine. It's useless, it solves nothing.
    • People write positive posts when the game is fun, and they write negative posts when the game is not fun.    If you are having fun in the game, then you should write positive posts. Just don't expect everyone else to do the same.    Idk. it aint rocket science. 🤣 This is the same outlandish justification BroadSword uses to censor posts on these forums that criticize the game or otherwise provide negative feedback. Criticism should be welcome and accepted, not censored simply because it's "not nice."
