What Clone Legions are we referring to here?

Tough Call, Clones - Trained since Birth, solid 9-10 years of training...
OR Army - Older, more experienced (Likely) against other sentients, probably more innovative too.

I'd give this to the OR Army personally.
The Mandalorian Wars were a series of massacres that masked another war, a war of conversion. Culminating in a final atrocity that no Jedi could walk away fromů save one.

I would have to agree with Selenial here. They have been around longer are much more experienced and much more innovative, Honestly we can kind of see what the OR army would be like with Rohm Kota his troops were all militia as he didn't trust clones and he felt they would never be as inventive as normal human beings and his troop was supposedly one of the most decorated of the Clone wars.

I can't believe Kota's opinion of Clones is being used here. Time after time Clones have been shown to be adaptive and inventive on the battlefield. Not only that, but they were trained to be the best fighting force in the galaxy.

Also, the GAR has far better vehicles in its arsenal, including the AT-AT.

Au, there's no AT-ATs in Rise of the Empire. The most the GAR has is the AT-XT, which is the proto for the AT-ST.

AT-ATs first saw action during the Clone Wars.

Source? Empire at war claims them to be prototypes during the Rise of the rebellion.

Also, these are standard clone legions, I highly doubt if AT-AT's were available during the clone wars, they'd be a standard.
