I appreciate the effort you have placed in the game. I have played the pre-order with mutiple classes and really enjoyed it with no issues at all.

As of today, unfortunately, I am unable to get past the launcher screen. Everytime I opened the launcher, I would always get stuck at "The Launcher is updating, Please Wait"

I have let it sit for 2-3 hours on mutiple attempts, and then I extensively followed your step by step instructions in your sticky on launcher issues, and your self help guides. Even after following these steps methodically, I am still stuck at the same screen.

I would appreciate any feed back you may offer, or any other ideas. I am in an area where my interent is capped, so it would take me days to re-download the game, and I will not receive my CDs for about 2-3 weeks from the States. Thank you for your input!

I as well am having this problem, please help, this rly sucks. I was so excited to go to Balmorra today.
