Sarielle Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 (edited) You can share it after you pay a fee via the collections menu. If I recall, that one cost 320 cartel coins to unlock for everybody. After that you can use the collections pane to claim it on any character that has speeder piloting one or better. Worth noting, only the speeder is transferred -- not the legacy piloting that comes with it when you buy it from the cartel market for the first time.
