I used the report functionality to raise a ticket, but it didn't prompt for comments. I saw it grabbed the chat but didn't really get the relevant part for some reason. I tried to update it to explain why I was reporting, but it just said problem updating ticket, please try again later. I tried again later and it still didn't work.

Since it didn't really contain any relevant information I tried to close the ticket but it wouldn't let me do that either, it just said problem closing ticket, please try again later.

Can someone from BW please close ticket -36227794 for me?

And please look into your ticketing system, it's quite buggy ^^;

Hi Solloby,

That ticket number is a bit worrying alright. Looking at it on my screen it should be ticket 9781341. Are you able to create any other tickets? Occasionally one ticket will go sideways, but it won't affect an account completely

Also I can kill the bugged one if you like.

Ticket 9781341 is the one I raised myself after I couldn't edit the one with the negative ticket number.
On my in-game screen I have 2 tickets opened and the rest are closed.

It is the report with the negative number I need closing (although if you read the ticket 9781341 and don't think it worth reporting, feel free to close it as well, I was unsure if it was considered reportable or not).

Thanks for your help <3

Ah, thanks for the extra info. I can't see the -3million ticket at all, so it's in ticket limbo. These are usually cleaned up during a maintenence(though not always).

The info in 9781341 is great, and such behaviour warrants being reported.

Oh well that's ok then.
Glad the ticket has the required info and is ok to raise c:

Thank you so much for checking them for me! You're the best.

I have the issue with negative numbered tickets.

I have noticed that it happen a lot with the supposed "automatic" reporting

Since then I only use the full ticket submission system. Don't want to have
to get the whole job being cleaned again and again because
the supposed "helping procedure" are not working as intended.

It would seem I'm having the same issue with a ticket I've been trying to update and even close. The ticket I submitted is not even a negative numbered ticket.

im having that problem too, for example whne i report these credit spammers on the mail i dont care for them to be put in the ticket pool, a simple ignore spammer works. please try to fix that becuase i have a couple tickets and one iof them is important, a character i cant log into (ticket number 17868395 in case you could resolve that )
this system needs a fix and should be easier to remove the tickets
