I'm trying to redeem a walmart card, but I'm getting this weird error message:

- Message not found

Which is weird. What does that mean ?
Normally if the code is faulty, you would get error:

- The entered code is invalid. Please verify your card and try again.

Anyone from BW can comment or others who have redeemed walmart codes perhaps ?

I've redeemed a gamestop code before successfully. Those codes were in the standard format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

But this walmart code is a different format: XXX XXXX XXXX

just to follow up, I was the one who tried to trade the walmart code to him, and we think we figured out the problem. The back of the physical card states the code is valid in the US and Canada only. If there is a way around this please let us know! There are plenty of people who love trading codes across the pond!
"Just rebuild it? What, you got an ATM on that torso Lite Brite of yours?"

It is my understanding that the code should be usable anywhere(since accounts aren't separated by region). The fact that there's no standard error message is a bit odd too. Please create a ticket that includes an image of the code and we can take a look, and try to see what went wrong here.

For those of you encountering difficulties with redeeming these codes please try the following:
  1. Set the country on your SWTOR Account to the US
  2. Redeem the code at the following URL:
  3. Revert the changes you made to your country on your SWTOR Account.

Doing this should enable you to redeem the code successfully, please let us know how you get on.

Hi AnariaZarRel,

Your code should have gone through now, please check your ledger and in-game mail for the update.

For the others who have the issue, if Sutii's step above doesn't help, please try clearing your browser cache (Ctrl & F5) or using a different browser altogether, and try again. If neither of these steps work, please, as mentioned above, send in a ticket with an image of the code.

Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I got the same problem. I tried to activate a Walmart card on my German account and it did not work. I set the country in my account to U.S. and still cannot redeem it.

I tried various ways to activate the card and received the following error messages:
Message not found
System Error. Please try again later
The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly. -> My Account -> Subscription -> Show your payment history -> Redeem an EA Game Card:
We are sorry, this code cannot be redeemed because its currency does not match your EA Account Balance currency. Please contact customer support for further information.
What can I do to receive the cartel coins and the exclusive pet? I do have a photo of the card to proof the purchase, but German custom service both via phone and e-mail say that it is an invalid code since all codes should have 16 digits and consist of letters as well as numbers.
But from reading this thread and also, I see that other people have received a 10-digit number as a code from Walmart as well.
