So..................I have 12 of the 14 pvp gear, partisan is it, and will ofc go for the full set BUT my question is am I better off having selected to go full pvp gear or will bolster eventually only mean ive been wasting my time and may just as well have pvped in full pve gear?

Im hoping that having gone for a full pvp set you will end up with the very minimum of a slight advantage over anyone who doesn't and just runs in their ops gear, just for the sake of having something to work towards which for most is what its all about.
