How could he? Kenobi took her when he left Mustafar and then she was taken to Naboo and buried after she died. Vader didn't have any body parts to get dna from.

How could he? Easily. Let me introduce you to this wonderful new technology: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shovel

More important question is why would he?

But really cloning the way they do it, is not a way to bring dead people back.

It would just create a new child that might look like the person whose clone it is when it grows up, but would not be the same person.

Yes its not like he can take advantage of a mindless clone sex slave, because in the suit after Mustafar he is kinda impotent.

Speaking of which I just found a WONDERFUL image. I think it's pretty old so you may have seen it before. Check it out.

I don't think he'd want to go through the pain of it, especially since he would know that it isn't actual her and just a clone of the one that he loved.

I wonder though, why Vader never thought of doing Emperor, cloning new body, and transfer his essence to new Vader 2.0.

He doesn't know essence transfer.
