Subscription Problem

I just subscribed for the first time, however, the account which the login page signed me into was an old account. I entered my email in the account name field, and without realizing it, I was signed in under an old name I created many months ago. I'm pretty sure I used the same email for both accounts... However, I'd like to continue playing my character that I've spent a lot of time on from the free-to-play. Is there any way to convert the subcription or combine my accounts?? If not I'm just going to just cancel

please help,

They can sort it but you will have to phone them

Hmm, I wonder how brutal those phone charges are... It says one hour estimated time before I talk with someone...
