1) Mobile, Yes
2) PTS Patch not at first but issue is still there now that I have installed it

My security key isn't working.

/has Android mobile, with the key app
/can't get it to work
/been on hold over a half hour with customer service

And I never did a character transfer to the PTS, this just happened at random.

I did call CS and get my Security Key taken off my account so I could log in again. I won't be adding the Security Key again until it's been fixed.

2) Yes, issue started after I played on the PTS.

3) I called CS and had them remove my security device, 45 min wait time.

1. YES- iphone- Mobile.
2. YES- Tried the PTS.

I logged on PTS then off and later Iogged onto game. Then crashed and havent been on since.

I read above that someone had not installed the PTS and had a problem with the Security key. So its not just PTS.

BIOWARE- please if you knew there was a problem with the security codes- please inform us!!!!! You could have put the info clearly on the website.

very disappointed with service.

Yes I have.

I logged into the the PTS several times, and even onto live once, though, before I started having trouble. Then I logged out of live, tried to launch again, and no dice.

So it was cartel problem and not PTS for you?

At least you are online!

Waiting for them to answer call to remove code. Sigh..

lol- I wanted to edit my signature as its old!!! But I'm scared to logout and be locked out of forums with the code problem. I
