i removed the security key yesterday , do u think is it safe to link it again or shall i wait?

Wait, this issue has been around since last Sunday so until you see a Dev post saying otherwise wait.

When I had an issue with logging in with the security key, what seemed to fix it was flushing the dns cache..

1. Start, run (or Windows-key + R)
2. type: cmd (hit enter)
3. type: ipconfig /flushdns (hit enter)
4. type: exit (hit enter) (or close the command prompt window)

Then try logging in again.

Bump because Bioware haven't provided fix to this issue. (Phonecall is not the fix)

This issue should be resolved now.

Are you still unable to log in? Do you get the same error message? If you get a different one, please post it.

Or are you just waiting to re-attach your key? If so, you should be fine now.

Yes. The same error in launcher as before. (It tells me that my login,pass or key is incorrect)

I see. Please try unticking "remember this account" and re-entering your details.

If that doesn't work, please try resetting your password.

I see. Are you having the issue on the account you're posting on? If so, can you try leaving the Security Key part blank, to see if the error changes?

No, it's my friends account. I can't login with my real account in the launcher and on web site.

Tried and it show's me the same error line.
"The Email address, account, password or security key you have entered is incorrect." - this one in launcher.

"We can't find your key" - something like that on website.
