ok so i am trying to change my user interface the way i want it is the way it shows in the picture if you go to new player help,game manual,how to play, user interface if you scroll down you can see that the health bar looks like its attached to the main quickbar i have tried default and extended quickbars with no luck can someone please tell me how thank you

When you have the interface set to edit in game, you can click on most bars and boxes to move them around as you wish. The character and target health are both bars that can be moved. Once you have them in your place of choice, save the current interface under a new name (where the 'extended' and other files are) and there you have it.

i know how to use the interface editor but im trying to get them a certain way that i cannot seem to do like i said go to new plaer help game manual how to play then userinterface if u scroll down a bit u will see what i mean

I know what you mean and maybe I didn't explain clearly. When in the interface editor, click on the player and target frames and move them down to the position as shown in the screenshot. 'Save as' a new name in the file box and that's it.

I'm sorry if I sound rude.
There's a little difference.. I went to google and the look that the OP wants were before the Interface Editor was implemented.
