Hi guys, we did have some issues yesterday, as mentioned in the thread.

Can anyone affected by this still (it's not universal) please post up a traceroute and pathping to the server, it will help to determine the souce of the problem, and see if it's related to yesterday's issue.

Thanks.

Hi Beesodd,

Yesterdays issue appears to be gone, Red Eclipse IP for me was/is 159.153.78.15, only thing I have observed
tonight was very minor spikes + 150ms recorded on routers 13 - 17. (nil disconnects tonight)

One trace tonight did record a timeout on hop 17 (Your gateway IP from CW) within cable and wireless, but i have no idea on reverse path and was unable to duplicate it.
Unfortunately pathping is being terminated at hop 12 as i enter the cable and wireless network which makes it a tad hard.

Somehow I knew that's gonna happen, moving on to those smaller one day issues.

It's not a matter of a SINGLE DAY, what matters here is that I'm basically unable to enjoy the game for the past FEW MONTHS because of lag spikes, random crashes without reason and several disconnects a day.
I'll get those "traceroute and pathping" posted as soon as I get home since I can't count on any other input from CS for now.

Still having these issues. Red x disconnects and bad lag. Located in Massachusetts if that is any help. It's happening to both me and a friend, both in Mass, but in different cities.

First time I've experienced this was today. No other connection issues (outside of game) are being experienced. Not trying to sound pretentious, but I'm a network engineer and have attempted several tests up to and including resetting my modem and router, ping flooding other websites, rebooting, and other misc "typical" do-this-first testing before coming here. Since others are finding the exact same issues I'm having, I'm now posting.

Anyway, I'm on Prophecy of the Five and, similar to Skolops, cannot play. Here are the requested snippets from my tests.
