Thanks for that.

On the pathping it looks like you ended it early as there should be more information after this step "Computing statistics for 300 seconds...'. Please try running it again and letting it run.

Thanks.

Hi again Veiled_Ronin,

Thanks the traceroute, its the Pathping (the second one in my post) that I'd like to see, as this shows packet loss. Please be aware that when it shows the "Computing statistics for 300 seconds...' it will take that 300 seconds (5mins) to gather all the information.

Thanks.

My mistake it's running now. My command prompt doesn't show anything saying it will take 300 seconds.

Thanks for that.

Could you try connecting the computer with the router? Just to see if this changes the situation in anyway. Have you removed the Anti-Virus that expired or is it still on your computer? What was it?

Although theirs a 100% packet loss on one step this might just be a address that is being blocked from being pinged.
===

P-Chan,
Have you tried the other steps in the thread?

Also just confirmation, are either of you using a Proxy or VPN?

Thanks.

No proxy or VPN for me. Anti-virus is removed. I'll try to connect to the router via ethernet. Give me a moment.

I am connected directly to the modem right now via ethernet cable, and still have no servers available after 2 tries.
