Not to mention even worse, they have cancelled the 008000 BIOWARE number for support.

There is now NO freephone number for support, its now chargeable call only!

So now they take away everything we earn in game, not to mention the items people have lost that constitute real money transactions, and NOW they take away the only direct contact route unless you want to pay them MORE MONEY!!

I bet there is a clause in the T&C's that gets them through that, without having to dish out one gram of compensation.
Ea/Bioware and that word dont mix.

We'll probably be compensated in some way or form.
They're probably going to lose way too many people, if they don't.

It's not to much to ask for!
A compensation isn't enough for 3 hours of gameplay, but it's the least they can do.

I lost all datacrons on Quesh and Hoth, and much loot.

For in-game progress sure, but a loss of real currency would have to be compensated for (cartel coins and cartel store purchases).

Regarding the compensation, then honestly I doubt that there'll be any (though imo there should).

Technacly we've gotten what we paid for - play time - and besides that servers acting up/maintenance is without a doubt written into the terms of use..
However I do hope AND expect them to recover our lost possesions.

Still love the game, but I seriously hate the constantly decreasing stability of the game.
