Thank you for the update. Please make us aware in case the issue returns.

Still unable to complete log on, character shows but unable to move, red cross in connection, massive lag.
Server = The Progenitor
Location (Game) = Coruscant
Location (RL) = UK (Scotland)
ISP = ADSL24
All other MMO's work fine
Instructions given previously for tracert and pathping use do not work so unable to provide further info.

If you open a command prompt via start menu / all programs / accessories and then right mouse click on command prompt "run as administartor"
It should work for you to run pathping and tracert

Your welcome Mai-Hon,

The pathping and tracert do not look bad to be honest, not to be causing what you are seeing that is for sure, the pathping is indicating resent packets but not showing why it should need too.

Providing it isn't just a server side issue, can you check your antivirus and firewall programs and remove and re-add launcher.exe and swtor.exe to the exceptions and reboot and see if it is still happening. (me off to bed now so CS will keep assisting I am sure )

Got frustrated this morning. Went did some stuff around the house, came back. Tried to run it again, same issues I was having before. I can log in run around and communicate with anyone. I still have very bad lag with using abilities or opening new windows up. There is a long delay.
