My game keeps lagging and then disconnecting. I return to windows and in event viewer I have a Warning error that states the follow:

Name resolution for the name timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

Log Name: System
Source: DNS Client Events
Event ID: 1014
Level: Warning

Any ideas on how to resolve this? Per Microsoft this could have been a conflict with IPv6 so I disabled it and only use IPv4 now but that didn't help.

Not sure if this is related, in fact I literally have no idea what that error message means, but a fix that seems to work for a whole bunch of login issues/disconnect issues is to flush your DNS, so open up command prompt and type in ipconfig /flushdns and try to log in again. It's worth a shot at least and won't do terrible things to your computer

Greetings ryanusc,

The error message you receive indicates that your DNS services are not functioning correctly. The best thing we can recommend in this situation is to contact your ISP for further assistance.

Please don't hesitate to come back to us if you have any further questions.

Thank you!
