The ineptitude continues, as I received a "droid" email telling me that my issue was resolved, even though they haven't done anything at all. Whilst I'm loathe to listen to forum naysayers in general, it's hard to ignore the fact that this has been going on since before Xmas, with not even a "we're checking it out" in response.

I finally got my coins a couple of days ago, but still no answer to my question about when the next shipment of coins is due.

I should have received my monthly allotment 2 days ago according to my billing statement - I've received nothing yet. Please rectify the situation, thank you.

(EDIT: Nevermind - received them this evening as I was playing)

Just to update players, this is a known issue that we are working to fix. For players who are still waiting on their coins, there is an incoming fix with a current ETA of 3-6 days.
