It's more a problem in the launcher...
It gets blocked I can't write neither e-mail or the password

You have done both these things below ?

•Computer settings•Right click on the clock in the right hand bottom corner and click ‘Adjust Date/Time’.
•Click ‘Change time zone…’ and ensure that you are using the right time zone.
•Close this window.

•Swtor.com account•Go on http://www.swtor.com.
•Click ‘Login’ and enter your credential.
•Click ‘my account’ and ‘Basic Information’ in the right menu.
•You should be able to check the Time Zone settings in this view.
•Ensure that the time zone setting matches the Windows time zone settings.
•Click on ‘Save’ if you modify any settings in this view.

delete the launcher.settings file if that doesn't work download the laucher again from swtor website

the only step i havent done its uninstalling and reinstalling ALL the game

open up a command prompt as administrator

once that's up type both of these:
netsh winsock reset catalog (resets winsock entries)
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (resets TCP/IP stack)

then reboot

If your brothers computer is using the same OS copy his system file to your computer.

ok goto system32/drivers/etc you will see the system file located there.

It may be beneficial to copy his hosts file as well

Can you reconfirm that you cannot type username and password into the launcher ?
