Need help

Sorry to bother all of you but I can't seem to get help from customer service, I've made several attempts. But the problem is all npcs and myself are headless. Can anyone help me out?

have you tried the repair option?
In the launcher, on the same level as the play button but on the left of the launcher you have a cog icon, click it and click on the repair button. The launcher will then verify your game files integrity (it may take half an hour or more depending on your connection).
