If you have submitted a ticket we ask for your patience until it is processed by our agents and that you submit only one ticket per issue as duplicate requests will induce further delay.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Then why don't you hire more people.
You have used that excuse for the last 2-3 months. (maybe less, but I have seen that excuse a lot)

You're customer support has the worst rep I have ever heard of, and honestly, as a company that is something you should be quite ashamed of and be working on to better.
So will you work to better it, or are you guys happy with how it is?

Fatal-N-Felony,

Your restoration ticket and its duplicates have been responded to. There is no longer any need to continue bumping this thread.

And you still couldn't muster an apology could you? Guess that would require more than a C&P response.

You want to reduce the amount of threads and in game tickets? Do either:

A) fix bugs in a reasonable time scale (protip not 6 months to never )
B) respond to tickets in a reasonable time scale (less than a week is probably a reasonable target for a response maybe another week to fix it)

Ideally of course you do both; currently you are doing neither. Of course if for some reason neither A) or B) are options go for C) which is occasionally muster some common courtesy and apologise for your mistakes. It won't fix the game but it will reduce the amount of vitriol in the complaints.

Just a thought.

This is how they "fix" them. They delete them and pretend they do not exist FIXED..My problems have not been this bad but still even Microsoft has better CS then this.

Hell, I'll help.

44 days? Geez...

I submitted a ticket on 12/28 for a character restoration, but after hearing this, I feel like I probably won't get a responseŚlet alone get my character back.
