Maybe they are still working on the system since so many customers have lost or had their cartel coins stolen by EA/BW... hopefully they are stopping people from purchasing until they can ensure purchased coins don't disappear, like the many of us, that are 3+ days out, bought coins and they have vanished - still no refund on those coins either.

I was told the same thing... "the account and billing people only work from 2AM to 6PM EST".

If you remember my issue, it's finally been resolved a bit. I simply tried again today to subscribe for 6 months recurring... still didn't work as expected. So I tried to buy 60 days through the site instead of using origin to buy a code and then insert that one, and they fixed that.

Now I'm hoping to get the option to make use of better deals, but when I made a suggestion thread as per customer support's suggestion noone responded.

If you want to show support or even suggest other options : http://www.swtor.com/community/showt...34#post5714434

I'm now getting the NU2001 error, and have been able to make purchases with this card before. I'm going to guess it's not going to collect my sub on the renewal date either now. Sigh.
something something something dark side.

Honestly we all should have known with EA pushing the release date and stuff, they are just robbers and don't care about the games or fanbase.. Easily the worst company about, is there anyway people could bring down a huge company like EA because they have caused so many ****ups in the gaming industry its getting boring they don't learn from mistakes.. 2000 complaints and a near 200page thread and they still won't give us an answer, I don't think people understand how disgracefully bad that is for a company, DEATH to EA *********** ban me if you like I don't give a ****, any EA game in future ill use in the toilet not in a console or pc. I might just head on down the old GAME shop and buy myself a copy of WoW just to smite you sick/twisted money hungry thieving BAST@RDS

Received the NU code for the first time today and the CS person on the phone didn't know what the limit threshold was, but said to try again in 24 hours. I've never seen a limit before on in game purchases and would hope that swtor removes this. I've never heard of a company that says "no, no we don't want your money".
