Jedi Covenant Vacilius 6 crashes in 20 minutes First 5 I was in fleet in GF que, tabbed out reading the forums. The last time I was in a GF group starting HM Kaon. I think I uploaded the 2 files right. If it's wrong please let me know. Also, this just started today. I've been playing for weeks with no issue like this. Also, the game didn't actually crash all the way to desktop, instead it went to an infinite load screen. Name of server. Jedi covenant Name of character(s) affected. halorain, tiarains, tinybell, polli, daise, autumnrains, rosi and etc 11 in total! Frequency of crashing � how many crashes, how often? Since noon today EDT i crash to loading screen every 3 minutes. Before this its been two days of red X server lag. Today i cant stay logged at all. Now i called support and first thing they asked is if i used comcast??? How come i have internet and can go on another server ( which i dont want to to because im a guild leader on this one) it works fine???? Any potentially helpful information about crash triggers, what you are doing before a crash, etc. Nothing much just trying to do fp, wz and playing my SUBBED game Fix swtor please not 2 days from now and please no more pat droid answers about this issue (red server lag) and closed tickets. Oh btw I think you owe us all a refund for the month for this type of issue ! If it wasn't a constant crash fest i would invite swtor to come and join me. Added info- the problem is after it leaves comcast some company called alter. net ???? that's where everyone is running into that problem

Yeah I can now log in to the "Server" screen that is still empty, after 3 minutes I get a "Error 4001" I click "ok" and crashes to desktop.

SPOKE W/COMCAST TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUPERVISOR. THEY BELIEVE ITS THE GAME SERVERS.. SO WHY NOT ROUTE US TO OTHER SERVERS??? COME ON BIOWARE YOU ARE DROPPING THE BALL MAN!

I get booted to a "loading screen after about 5 mins of game play and the game freezes there...

Can someone please wake up the irish lads and get them to fix this!!! Will they take care of there customers and attempt to alleviate our suffering, or will they just act like business as usual? I wonder.
