Codes not working!

I just got my friend to buy Swtor through the event on the Origin homepage, the discount
but he have put in his registration code but nothing happends, he can't progress to download the game or set up a subscribtion or anything, he just keeps getting mails from support saying the have to run clients such as CCleaner.

Can somone help pls

He don't got the launcher yet as he is stuck at registration
He got the code in the Email and reference number, but as he puts the code in he get's Error messages:
There is an error with the code, The code have already been used.
He've tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer and cleared his "cookies" twice now.

He is mailing the reciept and order in pictures to Email at the moment, He also have included a full description of the issue, We are bit concerned about this as we've read on the internet that it might take 2-5 days to get this sorted, and both of us are not intrested to wait a week for a responce, I know you work as best as you can but this is a tad ridicilous, new player's shouldn't have issues like this.
