So, My bro logs on his trooper for once, and I fly to Belsavis to drop off some armortech matts for him. We both then use out EFP to fly back to the fleet. Midway of loading back. I get a "Has Stopped working" error and I click close.

NOW. Everytime I try to log in. I type in my info on the launcher and the press play is faded out unclickable with a warning saying.

"This enviorment is currently unavailable to play. Please try again later."
... So like.. what? My Brother is online just fine.

This error usually means that your subscription has run out and that you need to update your payment method.
