So I finally get to play the game and it lags so horribly I can't even play; ***?
I turned the graphics on low and it still looks like a slide show

These are my specs;

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II P960 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs), ~1.8GHz
4GB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series
Display Memory: 1913 MB
Dedicated Memory: 252 MB
Shared Memory: 1661 MB
Current Mode: 1600 x 900 (32 bit) (60Hz)

I just bought this laptop and I cant even get playable FPS on this game? Is there anyway to lower the settings even further than what the in-game settings can do? Like a .ini file or something?

Might want to see if it's too late to take that back if you just bought it.

I'm surprised it even boots up on low with that

but yes, update your video card drivers.

That computer is not very good, especially the GPU.

But, what is your FPS? (ctrl+shift+f) ?

I know in the last beta build that people with ATI were having issues, it seemed they either had to update their drivers or roll them back to a previous one and it seemed to fix the issues.

Pretty low specs for this game... other then turning everything low and disabling Bloom, my only other suggestion would be to update your graphic card drivers and tweak everything in your Catalyst Control Panel to performance settings.
Look at me, I'm a sig'!

If you expected it to be anything other than laggy on day 1 with everyone cramming into starter areas, I honestly don't know what to say to you.

Be glad you even got in; most of us are still sitting here tapping our foot waiting, hoping to the powers that be we'll get in.
