Yes please. I have 8GB RAM. More than 1/2 is doing nothing! And support multi threading so we don't need two swtor.exe processes!
- Has successfully scavenged HK -47.
- Has successfully killed Darth Malgus without pushing him.
Every day I'm smugglin'

I would sign, but leave in an option for 32bit, for those of us stubborn gamers who prefer XP's compatability on older games.

(7 Really sucks for that...)

Lol dude no game can run without multi-threading xD
Those 2 processes exists so the game can use more then the standard 3GB a 32bit application can use, but by doing something like these, you basically put a knife into performance (cause inter process communication is not that simple).

It's no secret that the game runs like *** on high end systems. I should have expected as much, I had the same experience with AOC in 2008 and then again with WAR.

A 64bit client is not a magic fix unfortunately. While it allows for more RAM usage it won't force it and very few applications utilize more. Rare examples are say Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro when running a huge amount of video files at once and rendering them.

Maybe they should fix the current memory leaks on those two processes first

However I am up for a 64bit native client option. Anything having to run in 'compatibility mode' is never a good thing. Technology wise, recompiling a new client to a 64bit application, should not be a year-long endeavor. Simply baffled how it wasn't done during the years of beta when Win 7 came out and has proven itself.

Oh wells!

Well people still game on their apple 2s *(exaggerating for effect) so I dont see this being the normal until a real next gen mmo comes out.

That being said I am all for a 64bit client.
Without me, it's just aweso.

This game desperately needs some sandbox elements. Repetitive grinding is not fun.
